- Check with your Campus Pastor to ensure the expense is planned for and approved within your ministry budget.
- Engage the IT Team early
- Before moving forward, connect with the IT Team to review:
- Security and data considerations
- Compatibility with existing systems
- Whether a similar tool is already in use across Crosspoint
