Responsible for the people systems that support staff and leadership.
Areas include:
- Staff support and development
- HR policies and compliance
- Hiring processes and onboarding
- Staff care and organizational culture
- Leadership support
Together, Operations and Human Resourcesensure Crosspoint has both the systems, and the people support necessary to fulfill its mission.
