Our Hired & Non-Owned Auto (HNOA) insurance requires us to verify every driver's personal insurance and driving record before they drive on behalf of Crosspoint. This protects you, the people you serve, and keeps our coverage valid for the whole church.

Does This Apply to You?
If you answer yes to any of these, you must complete this process before you drive:
Driving kids or students to a camp, retreat, or off-site event
Transporting anyone — volunteers, students, or guests — in your own, a borrowed, or a rental vehicle
Running an errand for the church, including picking up supplies, food, or equipment
Completing any driving task you were asked to do as a volunteer, even a single time
The Four-Step Process
Submission — The driver completes the online verification form.
Review — The Ministry Representative checks the submission for completeness.
Driving Record Check — An independent service verifies the driver's record.
Permission to Drive — The Office Administrator confirms final approval.
Good to Know
Your personal auto insurance is the primary coverage anytime you drive on behalf of Crosspoint. This process confirms that coverage is active before you get behind the wheel.
You cannot drive on behalf of Crosspoint until you receive confirmation that you are approved through all four steps above.
Annual Requirement
This process is completed annually, every August, for anyone who drives on behalf of Crosspoint. Approval from a previous year does not carry over. Every driver must resubmit the form and be re-verified each year before driving again.
This information is not for individuals driving church vans. A separate form is required for church van drivers.
