Financial Whistleblowing and Misuse of Funds
Crosspoint Church is committed to the highest standards of financial integrity, stewardship, and accountability. Every dollar entrusted to us is given for ministry, and we take that responsibility seriously.
Reporting Misuse of Funds
If you observe or suspect any misappropriation, misuse, or unethical handling of funds, it is imperative that you report it immediately. Concerns should be directed to one of the following:
- Accountant
- Director of Operations
- Lead Pastor
- Finance Chairman
If the concern involves any of the individuals listed above, report the matter to another trusted leader from this group.
Expectations
- Reports should be made promptly—delays can increase risk and exposure.
- All concerns will be handled with discretion and seriousness.
- Retaliation against anyone who reports a concern in good faith will not be tolerated.
Our Commitment
We strive to be a church known for integrity, transparency, and care in how we manage the resources entrusted to us. Protecting these resources is a shared responsibility, and speaking up is part of that stewardship.
