Who to Contact for IT Issues
When you experience any technical issue—whether it’s email, hardware, software, access, or security-related—please follow the process below to ensure timely and effective support.
1. Contact the IT Team First
All IT-related requests and issues should be directed to the IT Team. This ensures your request is properly tracked, prioritized, and resolved as quickly as possible.
- Submit a request to: it@crosspoint.church
- Provide clear details (what’s happening, when it started, screenshots if possible)
2. Escalation and Oversight
The Director of Operations oversees the IT Team and ensures all systems, support, and priorities align with Crosspoint Church’s operational needs.
- If an issue is urgent, unresolved, or impacting ministry operations significantly, it may be escalated internally through the IT Team to the Director of Operations.

Starting with the IT Team allows us to maintain organization, accountability, and quick response times across all campuses.
