Requesting IT Support via Email

For all technology-related needs, the preferred method of communication is through email at it@crosspoint.church. This ensures your request is properly tracked, prioritized, and resolved in a timely manner.

When to Email IT

Submit a request for:

  • Technical issues (computer, printer, phone, software)
  • Access requests (accounts, permissions, systems)
  • Equipment needs or concerns
  • Suspected security issues (phishing, suspicious links, etc.) 

What to Include in Your Email

To help the IT team respond efficiently, please include:

  • A clear subject line (e.g., “Printer not working – Niceville Campus”)
  • A detailed description of the issue or request
  • Your campus/location
  • Any relevant screenshots or error messages
  • The urgency or impact (if applicable) 

Response Expectations

  • Requests are handled in the order of priority and urgency
  • Critical issues impacting ministry operations will be addressed as quickly as possible
  • You may receive follow-up questions to clarify your request

  • Avoid reaching out through personal texts or direct messages for IT support unless it is a true emergency
