Requesting IT Support via Email
For all technology-related needs, the preferred method of communication is through email at it@crosspoint.church. This ensures your request is properly tracked, prioritized, and resolved in a timely manner.
When to Email IT
Submit a request for:

- Access requests (accounts, permissions, systems)

What to Include in Your Email
To help the IT team respond efficiently, please include:

- A detailed description of the issue or request
- Your campus/location
- Any relevant screenshots or error messages
- The urgency or impact (if applicable)
Response Expectations
- Requests are handled in the order of priority and urgency
- Critical issues impacting ministry operations will be addressed as quickly as possible
- You may receive follow-up questions to clarify your request
