Phone Directory – Remote Phone Book Access
It has come to our attention that some phones may not currently have access to the Remote Phone Book. Please take a moment to check your device and report if this feature is missing so we can address it promptly.
How to Access the Remote Phone Book:
- Press Menu
- Select (6) Directory
- Select (2) Remote Phone Book
- Select (1) Crosspoint
- Select Search
Once inside, you can use the Search function to look up contacts by name (letters) or number.
