Personnel Files Storage Guidelines
Personnel files are strictly managed and maintained by the Human Resources department at Crosspoint. Under no circumstances should campuses, ministries, academies, or individual staff members store personnel files locally on computers or outside of approved HR systems.
This standard exists to ensure:
- Proper confidentiality and protection of sensitive employee information
- Compliance with legal and regulatory requirements
- Centralized, secure records management
All personnel documentation must be submitted to and retained by HR. If you currently have personnel-related files stored locally or within your ministry, they should be promptly transferred to the HR department and removed from your device.
