Operations Team Purpose
The Operations Team serves the ministries of Crosspoint by stewarding the systems, resources, and environments that allow ministry to flourish. Through leadership in areas such as
· accounting,
· information technology,
· facilities,
· grounds,
· safety,
· security,
· administration, and
· human resources
Operations provides the infrastructure and support necessary for the church to function with excellence and integrity.
Everything we do supports the mission of Crosspoint: People connecting people to Christ and their unique role in God’s mission.
Operations' responsibility is to remove operational barriers, strengthen stewardship, and create environments where ministry can happen effectively, safely, and with integrity.
