- Oversight of all Counseling Center operations
- Supervision of Counseling Center staff, including Human Resources functions
- Ensuring compliance with professional, legal, and ethical standards specific to counseling services
- Providing strategic direction and support for the Counseling Center
Scope of Authority
- Responsible for day-to-day governance of the Counseling Center
- Maintains authority over staffing, HR-related matters, and operational decisions within the Counseling Center
Alignment with Crosspoint
- Operates within the broader structure of Crosspoint Church
- Partners with the Personnel Team when needed, especially:
- When there are deviations from standard Crosspoint procedures
- When alignment with overall organizational practices is required
