The Directional Leadership Team provides strategic direction and leadership for the operations and ministries of Crosspoint Church. This team ensures that all areas of the organization are aligned with the mission, vision, and long-term direction of Crosspoint.

Core Responsibilities

Sets the overall direction for Crosspoint Church
Provides leadership and alignment across all ministries and operations
Reviews and approves all Playbook changes and organizational standards
Ensures strategic decisions support the mission and future growth of Crosspoint
Maintains unity and clarity across departments and campuses

Authority and Oversight

Final approval authority on operational and ministry direction
Governs changes to policies, procedures, and organizational frameworks (Playbook)
Works collaboratively to ensure decisions are well-rounded and sustainable

Accountability Structure

Reports directly to the Administrative Board
Operates under the authority and governance of the Administrative Board
