Budget and Mid-Year Adjustments

Budget and mid-year adjustments ensure that all financial decisions remain aligned with the overall stewardship and priorities of Crosspoint Church. All requests must follow the established approval process.

Approval Process

All campus budget adjustment requests must proceed in the following order:

  1. Submit the request to the Executive Pastor of Ministries
  2. If supported, the request moves to the Director of Operations to determine funding availability
  3. The request is then presented to the Directional Leadership Team for final approval 

Timing

  • The full process may take up to four weeks, depending on meeting schedules
  • Proper planning is required to allow adequate time for review and decision-making
  • No assumptions should be made that funding is approved until the process is complete 

Emergencies

  • Urgent needs (e.g., HVAC failure, critical repairs, or safety-related issues) may be expedited
  • These requests should still follow the process but will be prioritized as needed 

Important Note

No budget adjustment is considered approved until the Directional Leadership Team has made the final decision.
