1. Mission of Crosspoint Counseling Center

Crosspoint Counseling Center is an evidence-based, Christ-centered counseling ministry where individuals, couples, and families can come as they are and receive professional care in a compassionate, non-judgmental environment. As a ministry of Crosspoint Church, Inc., we are committed to integrating clinical excellence with Christian faith to provide each client the strongest opportunity for meaningful healing, emotional health, relational restoration, and lasting transformation.

We serve our community by delivering ethical, research-informed therapeutic services grounded in biblical truth, honoring the dignity of every person while supporting spiritual, emotional, and psychological well-being.

3. Foundational Principles of Crosspoint Counseling Center

Crosspoint Counseling Center operates under the following core commitments:

4. Clincial Team Structure

Services are provided by:

  • Licensed Mental Health Counselors (LMHC)
  • Licensed Clinical Social Workers (LCSW)
  • Registered Interns (under licensed supervision)
  • Student Interns (under licensed supervision)

Interns may provide counseling services at a reduced rate under appropriate clinical oversight.

6. Limitations of Services

Crosspoint Counseling Center provides outpatient, evidence-based counseling services. The following conditions and situations are outside the scope of services and will require referral to an appropriate provider or level of care:

  • Crisis emergency situations (call 911)
  • Emergency psychiatric stabilization
  • Active suicidal or homicidal crisis management
  • Acute psychotic episodes requiring hospitalization
  • Active schizophrenia or severe psychotic disorders without psychiatric management
  • Bipolar I disorder in active manic phase without medical oversight
  • Severe eating disorders requiring medical monitoring
  • Severe substance detoxification needs
  • Conditions requiring inpatient, residential, or intensive outpatient (IOP/PHP) treatment
  • Psychiatric medication management
  • Medical detox services
  • Neuropsychological testing
  • Court-ordered psychiatric evaluations (unless explicitly authorized and staffed for such services)
  • Disability evaluations
  • Fitness-for-duty evaluations
  • Custody evaluations
  • Court testimony or expert witness services
  • Parental fitness evaluations
  • Legal investigations
